Upon delivery of your Grade 1 Timepiece you have a 15 day inspection period.

We feature a 2 year warranty period, if your watch needs work, we will either replace it or repair it.

During this time you may inspect the watch. At any time you may return the watch to us for a complete refund minus $18.00 for shipping, which is free if you chose not to keep your fake replica Rolex watch.

If you chose not to keep your watch and/or are not happy with it you may return during the 15 day inspection period for either a refund or an exchange.

We ask for the following if you send in your timepiece:

• All links be returned to us with your watch if you have the watch fitted to your wrist.
• Honor the 15 day inspection period, after 15 days we will charge a 30% re-stocking fee plus an additional 10% per week for it's delay.
• Include a note with your watch including your full name or the purchaser's name. Explain the reason you are returning the watch or exchanging it. Include your shipping address, day and night telephone contact numbers.
• Email us first before you send it back. In some cases service staff prefer to contact our clients personally on the telephone to discuss matters.
